OS-Sentinel / MobileRisk-Live

An Android safety-research framework combining state/rule checks and a vision-language judge, with mobile task scenarios and recorded-risk trajectory evaluation.

EvaluationAndroid

What can you do with it?

Evaluate action-level and trajectory-level safety detection, or record agents operating in the AndroidWorld-based MobileSafetyBench implementation.

What should you know before using it?

Public code and task scenarios exist, but setup requires separately supplied Android apps. Four APK download URLs in root.py are literal placeholders; follow the app-version file manually. Safety detection is not a guarantee of safe behavior or task completion. The README MIT badge conflicts with the Apache-2.0 LICENSE; MobileRisk data has no public license card.

What is verified here?

Runtime: Requires AndroidWorld/emulator setup, specified APK versions, Node.js/Appium/UIAutomator2 and task configuration. External VLM modes need model access. The repository calls its runtime MobileSafetyBench; the current paper calls the environment MobileRisk-Live. Recorded-data archives were listed, not downloaded.

License note: Root LICENSE is Apache-2.0 while the README badge says MIT. MobileRisk has no public license declaration. Third-party Android applications retain their own terms. Upstream license ↗
