AppSim-Bench
A mobile GUI benchmark built from controllable simulated Android apps, with task-relevant interaction flows, seeded backend data and outcome checks.
What can you do with it?
Evaluate phone agents on repeatable app workflows without relying on changing commercial-app content and accounts.
What should you know before using it?
These are research simulations, not the named commercial services. Build/install the separate app APKs and configure an Android device/emulator; the documented benchmark uses Android 13/API 33 and Python 3.11. Windows/macOS emulator guidance remains a TODO. No project-level framework license was found; app terms must be checked separately.
What is verified here?
The authors explicitly describe simulated-app implementation as coding-agent-assisted, with human requirements, inspection and verification. This is not a product-wide autonomous-authorship claim.
This entry was reviewed against original project material. We have not independently run the software or reproduced its results. AI-development claims are author-reported; check upstream for current versions, setup requirements, and licenses.
