Brief · Good Tools
A browser tool for drafting an architectural project brief, program, ambitions and measurable design goals, with JSON import/export and an Eco-Architect handoff.
What can you do with it?
Inspect a generated planning interface that turns prose and selected goal templates into a portable brief and structured goal rules.
What should you know before using it?
Brief is documented as client-side and usable without an account; this does not describe every tool in the surrounding suite. It keeps one browser draft, and the direct Eco-Architect handoff uses browser storage. Goals lacking committed numeric targets are omitted from that handoff. Its design heuristics are not engineering validation; some risks are explicitly unmodeled. Import/export and handoff were not exercised.

Creator: John Clark / All Means Works
Clark's first-party overview links this exact Brief tool and says the toolkit's code was written by Claude Code under his natural-language direction and editorial judgment. The claim is maker-reported application development; it does not establish AI authorship of frameworks or scientific methods.
Runtime: The public standalone route returned HTTP 200. Its delivered page and application bundle expose project fields, manual/template goals, JSON Blob downloads and browser-storage handoff code. The broader site has sign-in and other account-dependent tools; none were used.
License note: No public source repository or reuse license for Brief was established. The site's separately open-source Radical Accessibility Project is a different artifact and does not establish Brief's license.
