τ-Bench
A customer-service simulation framework with domain policies, executable tools and simulated users; the current repository extends τ²-Bench into τ³ text, voice and knowledge tasks.

Evaluate policy-following and coordination with users who can also change the world, or connect training through the Gymnasium interface.
What should you know before using it?
The original tau-bench repository is explicitly outdated; tau2-bench now hosts τ³. Requires Python 3.12–3.13 and configured model access. Banking results before and after v1.0.1 are not comparable. Text, voice and knowledge modes have different dependencies; code is MIT.
