SpreadsheetBench 2

A distinct benchmark for end-to-end business spreadsheet generation, debugging and visualization across complex multi-sheet workbooks.

EvaluationConsult upstream documentation

What can you do with it?

Evaluate delivered financial models, repaired formulas, template completions and charts through cell/formula checks and visualization checklists.

What should you know before using it?

This is a new workflow task set, not the original benchmark's Verified subset. Recalculate input, reference and output workbooks before scoring. Extracting charts from XLSX for VLM grading requires Windows Excel/WPS COM; the evaluator also accepts PNG outputs directly. Data is MIT-labeled, but no root license for original evaluation code was found. The README's root Dockerfile command disagrees with its actual SWE-agent/ location.

What is verified here?

License note: The official dataset card declares MIT. The bundled SWE-agent component has its own license; that does not automatically establish a license for all original repository code or external spreadsheet software.

This entry was reviewed against original project material. We have not independently run the software or reproduced its results. AI-development claims are author-reported; check upstream for current versions, setup requirements, and licenses.
