What should you know before using it?
Substrates used for training and evaluation scenarios with background populations are different units. Current package requires Python 3.11+, Lab2D and TensorFlow; missing Lab2D wheels require source builds. Pin substrate/scenario and population versions. Repository code is Apache 2.0.
