What should you know before using it?
Public GZIP TFRecords and split files provide offline demonstrations, not a runnable device environment. Accessibility-tree parsing uses android_env protobuf definitions. The release README carries an Apache-2.0 notice for that file; a separate license statement for the hosted dataset was not located.
